Our first stop was Twelve Apostles in the morning, therere few tourists around there because we travelled the other way round. We could take as many photos as we wanted without anyone jumped into my pictures. At night, my friend and I shared a cozy and comfortable house with another four tourists. Dinner and breakfast were included and food was served by a winning café. Quiches, salad, all were delicious! Besides, our tour guide, Tom, shared a lot of history and knowledge to us. Hes dutiful and took care of us all the time.
The next day, another tour guide replaced the original one and he instructed us where we should sit in order to get a good spot for penguin parade. Hes absolutely right and I saw three groups of penguins walking from the shore to land.
Its an awesome experience! Two tour guides, the itinerary, food, accommodation, I definitely recommend this tour to my friends.
We had the most amazing time on this tour. The tour guide was excellent! The itinerary was brilliant and maximized our time together. This small group tour bypassed a lot of the traffic on the way down to the 12 Apostles and got us there before the crowds so that you could enjoy this amazing stop without thousands of other tourists. We really enjoyed that the tour guide mixed up the driving with short walks that helped you stretch your legs and better appreciate the scenery. We left our fellow travelers good friends, which was cemented over wine and fabulous Chinese food in our cozy cabins. Really a bargain deal that includes so many wonderful Australian experiences. If you were to take anything out of the tour, I would cut the Chocolate Factory, which was overrun with children and not that exciting.
Excellent guides and excellent company. The accommodation was superb. The Philip Island tour was particularly amazing.
I booked this tour for my relatives. Their experience was unbelievable. They said the service was very exceptional and highly recommend this tour. They did travel all around Australia before they came to Melbourne. Their words were " no one made our visit more memorable than these guys".

It was the best experience ever. We had a tour guide leading just both of us throughout the whole trip. Great hospitality with awesome staff members. The accommodation was fabulous, we even had the chance to swim in the heated pool and enjoyed relaxing jacuzzi!! I would strongly recommend everyone to give it a try!!
One of the best tours I have ever been on, so full of a variety of activities with an amazing tour guy, Steve. Highly recommend this tour to all types of travelers.
Good tour. Hit the big attractions, plus a few lesser known spots. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
The best 2 days I have in Melbourne. WIth the experience tour guide, we manage to cover a number of attractions within 2 days, no time wasted. The give is we do not have much time to enjoy lunch and walk around the town along the way.
Great trip, really enjoyed it, the only thing is I wish we had spent more time at the moonlite animal sanctuary and walk in the rainforest was a sprint round!!
Tour to great Ocean Road was simply fantastic and arrangement made for over night stay was superb.
But journey to Philip Island to watch Penguin Parade failed to match expectation.
The tour guide is good. However I am a bit disappointed on this whole package. I read the review of this from the website and it sounds interesting and relaxing, with ample time for enjoyment. This is not the case. Firstly we are touring the Great Ocean Road in reverse, thus we spending almost 3 hours of travelling including caught in 45 mins of traffic accident in the inland before reaching the first stop, ie the Twelve apostles... From the first stop, and the every stop, it's a rush, given only 1/2 hour for all the sightseeingplaces... even lunch was a rush... Secondly, package covers B,L and D, which is not true as we end up paying for both our lunch. Luckily the night accommodation is good and the tour guide is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable thus compensating the trip.
