We had a fantastic night and would love to do it again.
This dinner was a Christmas gift to my parents. We have been giving them this gift for about 4 years. EVERYTIME Mum and Dad say that the tramcar restaurant is fantastic. They love the food and find the staff very friendly. It is ALWAYS a successful night out for them.

THE Colonial Tramcar Restaurant was fantastic, i would recommend it to anyone going to Melbourne. The meal was first class, the wine excellent and the atmosphere was really special.
Totally enjoyable experience. The food was great and the company even better. Loved the twilight trip because we could see the surroundings. (I was told that the later trip was not as enjoyable because you could not see around you). Anyway we enjoyed it very much and would go again for sure.
This is a must if you are in Melbourne for a few days. The service was five star the food was great and the waiters made the trip very enjoyable. I did the 5.45 tour but next time I am in Melbourne I would do the night tour as it is value for money and worth doing.

My husband , son and i we had a very good night on the tram on the 24th Dec. The food ,service everything about it was fantastic. It was very happy pleasant atmosphere was great. I most certainly would do it again and it was worth the money. I will spread the news .Good night to be on tram.
This was my first time on the Colonial Tramcar and I had a great time. We had visitor from the US with us and they were very impressed with both the service and the quality of the meal. We did the early dinner tour and in the future I would like to take the longer 5 course tour.
The whole experience was positive - lovely people, views and comfortable seating. The Tram itself was so stylish and pretty - our lovely hostess Sophie made everything seamless - nothing was any trouble for her. It was our wedding anniversary and we were pampered and looked after so well I would recommend and do it again! The standard of food was excellent - amazing for the size of the galley kitchen, the drinks flowed and the ambience was delightful.
Absolutely fantastic experience. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Melbourne. The staff are amazing and the food exceeds that superlative tenfold.

We had a great day. It was a very wet day in Melbourne when we were on the Tram, and I cannot think of anything better to do. We were dry, relaxed and the staff are great.
