We enjoyed it. The food and the service were both great, and there was more than enough to drink. It was great to see the lights of Melbourne when you remembered to look outside, it was such a great atmosphere. We would go again on the three hour trip.

I was extremely disappointed when I rang the Tramcar the day prior to confirm and they said they had no reservation for us. It for my husband's birthday, and it totally spoilt our weekend plans, as we had other arrangements with family on the Sunday. After having paid and received confirmation from Viator, I found this unprofessional.

The meal was quite good, the setting was great and the wait staff were very efficient and friendly. Will probably go on the 5 course dinner the next time.

The waiter was funny and witty but only up to a point and then his jokes became tedious. However, my visitors enjoyed it immensely.

Very good. We had a lovely meal with good service. We got to see some of Melbourne and we also went out to St Kilda, which was something different.

The food, as well as the quality and quantity of wine, was excellent. This was a classy meal! The staff was very amiable and capable; they executed the excellent service with military precision, yet we did not feel rushed or pressured to finish up.

This was a great experience. The staff was spot on with service; the meals and drinks just kept coming! It was nice to look outside at the ever-changing scenery while eating a meal.

Everything was fantastic except for the meeting place by the tram stop outside the Casino. I felt there could have been a more protected environment without public access.

We did this tour at night time, but maybe next time would do it during the day as you can see more. The food was nice, but if you are a big eater go for the five course time slot. All in all, we're glad we did it.
