It was a really good day trip. Everything was well planned. The scenes were breathtaking in the Grampians. Offered tons of great photo opportunities. Our guide was really friendly and informative. Excellent tour for another side of Victoria.

I had a great time. I really loved the waterfalls. I really liked the hiking too. However, make sure you wear sneakers as I was in sandals and had blisters on my feet by the day's end.

This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Victoria! Stunning scenery, and some great short walks. I particularly enjoyed the unusual rock formations, Boroka Lookout and MacKenzie Falls.

We had a good day out in the Grampians. The experience overall was very good, and I would recommend this to others. My only complaint was the driver -- we found him a little rude. Other than this, the experience was top notch and we would do this again on our next trip to Melbourne.

Loved every moment of the trip. Our tour guide, also the tour driver, was very informative. He made the trip more memorable. The MacKenzie Falls was worth the 400 steps to see it. Same with the Halls Gap - all the views of the Grampians were so breathtaking. Seeing the kangaroos up close and personal was worth the trip.

Headrests on the seats would be great.

Great trip and views of the mountains. It did get to be long however, over 14 hours.

Nice trip to an interesting area of Australia. Rainy and cold weather did not prevent us enjoying the trip.

I really enjoyed seeing the wild kangaroos near the Cultural Center, but really wished we had more time at the Center itself. Loved the few hikes we did, especially to the waterfall. However, didn't much care for the driver guide. Others relayed to me they didn't care for him either...he wasn't enthusiastic or very knowledgeable and didn't even attempt to answer my questions.

This tour was distinctly average. I went on two other tours from Melbourne with a different company and both these other tour guides went the extra mile in very different ways. This tour guide was nice enough but the commentary was limited, there was no music on the bus and he really didn't make the kind of effort I have experienced on other tours. The tour itself was spoiled by shocking weather, but seeing the kangaroos in the wild was a highlight (as one of the only things we could actually see, given the weather). The rating therefore is for the execution of the tour and not the destinations involved as I can't really comment on that - I'm sure the view was lovely!!! The scenery we did see was nice and, given the right weather I think it would be worth doing for that, but if you can find a different company, I would as I believe there is definitely a better level of customer service out there.

Hotel pickup meant being picked up by a rather grumpy man, being taken to the central drop off point and then walking another block. Perhaps the guide was having a bad day, but it seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else. The scenery was magic though.

The weather was rainy and foggy on our visit!

The tour was ok. Unfortunately the bus broke down and shortened the tour by 2-3 hours. We didn't get to see as much as hoped. However, the sites of the Grampians were beautiful and the tour host was lovely and polite.
