Our trip originally was booked for 2-2.5 hrs duration. But due to high tide we were given a different 'route' and 'duration' options when we reached. I think we should have been notified of this change at least the same day itself if not earlier, so as to avoid disappointment. We opted for taking half trip 50-60mins as mentioned that day and rest another day.

I was under the impression from the name of the cruise that tea or coffee would be served. This did not happen in either direction of the cruise. One of the staff members was smoking inside the boat which was unpleasant.

Trip was good but unfortunately when we booked we were not advised that due to Moomba river closure we could only do half the trip.

The cruise was interesting and the staff were great. The coffee is dreadful - either change the name of the cruise or provide good coffee! International Roast - I don't think so!!! Could be such a good service if the owners lifted their act.

Good value and very good views for newcomers to the city, but commentary was average. Worst coffee in Melbourne.

I was very disappointed in the cost of the cruise. The atmosphere on the indoor boat was stale, no life on it at all. You call it a coffee and tea cruise - I suggest that the tea and coffee should be served to the passengers on board, or at least a little more effort put into the presentation of the kitchen in the back area of the boat, for the price I paid. I bought this ticket on the internet for my mum and myself for her first visit to Melbourne. We never completed the tour, we got off half way and went to the Vic Markets instead.
