Worked out really well for us arriving late in the evening and having to get to St Kilda. No having to get taxis or trams and dropped at the door. Even got our luggage carried. Just a small issue of confirmation following the booking.

It was good. A little waiting around and walking to pick up other passengers, which was a bit hard when we had luggage. But it was cheaper than getting a cab. Thanks!

Our driver was very nice and explained a lot about various things on our way into our hotel. We would certainly use this service again (we've already told our family and friends to use it also).

I made 3 phone calls to confirm this pick-up. I was aware that originally they had incorrect pick-up address. So phoned again on the morning of the pick up to reconfirm correct address but still they couldn't get it right but I did get to airport on time. Would not use this service again.

The bus arrived later than our designated time. Driver was great but the bus smelled very strongly of smoke and it was too late for us to get alternative transport. We have used Viator in Europe and found it fantastic. Unfortunately this time was very disappointing.

The bus was large and the driver could not park at the other hotels and had to park far away while he picked up other guests so we got to the airport late and what was worse, he took me to the wrong terminal.
