It was such a reassuring feeling to be met and know that we would be taken care of along with our luggage and taken to our hotel without the hassle of having to find transport. Definitely worth while. The driver was lovely too.

Coming from New Zealand, a small country, into Melbourne was so unbelievably so big!!! Walked out of customs to see the bus driver waiting for us was the best.

The driver was friendly, very pleasant and helpful. We had to wait a while for our baggage to come through, and he took my bag for me and I didn't have to do a thing. This is the third trip to Melbourne we have have used this service and I thoroughly recommend it.
