We were met on time, even though it was after 12 am. The driver was very helpful, it was a relief to be met in a strange city and taken right to our hotel.

It was great and easy to find the bus driver as he was holding the kangaroo sign as mentioned when booking. We also arrived to the hotel in reasonable time.

The guy that picked me up from the airport was so lovely, he helped me into the bus and was there with his sign waiting for when I arrived. He drove really well and dropped me off where I was staying, nothing was any trouble for me. Thank you.

It gave me peace of mind to know that we were being greeted and taken directly to our hotel. Since we were four girls traveling alone, this was a great option for us.

Excellent service. Our driver met us at the airport and was very informative. We felt very comfortable with him. I was worried that it would be hard to find him at the airport, but he found us and was really great. I would recommend the bus trip from the airport to Melbourne CBD to everyone. Thanks again.
