Excellent service for a pick up from Melbourne Airport to hotel. Very understanding when Qantas had cancelled and then delayed flights. It was easy to change the pick up times with friendly staff. Driver was great, helping with luggage and was easy to locate on arrival.

There is nothing like being met by a a prebooked transfer driver at the airport, no matter what country you are in, especially when it is very early in the morning. Can't fault this service, and plan to do it again next time I travel to Melbourne!

Wasn't standing in the arrival hall as expected when we first arrived but otherwise very nice staff. Much better experience than our Gold Coast transfer.
