Melbourne arrival pickup 1 hour late. Driver unapologetic. Bus packed, both luggage and people, leaving my group of 4 in the back with luggage. Would have taken taxi or bus which had kiosk at waiting point. If you are a traveler who likes knowing you'll have transport upon arrival at airport, then yes this is a good option. Other options could be equally cost and time effective.

The transfer company representative did not have a sign saying Viator! By chance, I asked a man who turned out to be the company's representative if he knew where I should go. Of course, he then identified himself. There was a 15-20 minute wait for other passengers - who didn't show. The driver was pleasant, but unlike any other airport shuttle service that I have used he did not offer to take my bag or anything. The service was efficient but rather clinical - it is always nice upon arriving in an unknown country to be greeted in a cheerful inviting manner. It was good value for money. I would use the service again.

Not happy with the service as I have traveled overseas on a number of times and was taken directly to my hotel and no changing bus, etc.

The driver was not at the place where he was supposed to be as mentioned on the web site. It took me quite a while to search for him at the airport.

My flight was delayed by 20 minutes and upon arrival, I found that the bus had already left. Maybe, they need to keep an eye out for late flights to ensure that anyone booked on the bus is accounted for, or possibly, have a second bus running to avoid late departures, but still ensuring that all those booked to use the bus are guaranteed a ride.

Our flight was on time but we waited 1 hour before we got picked up. 2 of your people in the airport picking others up but none would take us and they had no idea when we would be collected. After over 24 hrs travelling we felt this was poor service - need to do better.

A lady from the tourist information met us to advise us that the driver would be late as he was collecting people from the international terminal, and we should ring the supplier to find out how long we had to wait. We did this and was advised he would be about 20 minutes. When he finally arrived he had to go looking for other passengers and then we had to go to the international terminal to pick up more. We would have done the journey faster and with less hassle than if we had caught the airport bus.

We had to wait a while for the bus driver to show up, and then wait for another plane to come in to pick up more people.
