Excellent - despite being very early the driver was there slightly before the time and waited for us in the foyer of our hotel. Pick up and drop off all very efficient.

The representative was absolutely great. I was picked up on time from my hotel. I arrived at my hotel in practically no time, perhaps due to light traffic conditions! He was friendly, helpful and gave a wonderful commentary while en route.

Only gripe we had about the service was regarding the state of the vehicle. There was nothing luxurious about it, that's for sure! Despite this, the driver was on time and of a very pleasant nature, and I would not hesitate to use the service again, particularly if you are a party of 4 or more people with a lot of luggage, which makes it better value for money than engaging the services of the airport shuttle bus or a taxi.
