Well worth the money.

Our coach hostess was absolutely delightful, the driver was also very competent and great fun.

From the booking of the tour on Viator's website, to the reception at the bus by our tour guide for the day, to the shopping trip itself, it was a really enjoyable experience. As the father I gained a lot of credits with my wife and daughter for the idea and for actually going with! Besides visiting all the interesting factory outlets and shops, it was a good introduction to the city and the culture. Our guide was very entertaining and proved an excellent hostess for the day with good general knowledge. The bus driver also made a difference. In summary the trip was terrible for the one holding the wallet, but stunning for those doing the spending!

The shopping spree and lunch was fabulous! Just didn't have enough time.

I felt like the trip was geared toward an older crowd, but I made the best of the situation. I still got lots of stuff, but I did feel as though we could have picked a few places that were more suited to some younger people. I feel like you need to hurry the crowd along too. We spent a lot of time waiting on the bus after I had been told we were leaving, only to be left waiting for about half an hour for the rest of the crowd! That was very irritating!

Felt some parts were good - e.g. the shoes, though would have liked more than one shoe outlet. There were no men on the trip so was a total waste of our time going to a menswear shop. The cheap 5 shop not worth it either - we have Target etc. for those types of purchases.

The trip was expected to be great and but turned out not. The factories had the same boring stuff eg bags, bags and clothes. I am currently interested in far different items that were not addressed on the itinerary, they didn't even give you enough time to look around. Max amount of time allowed would have been 15 minutes to run in and grab what you wanted, not enough time to try on items to make sure they fitted properly. All in all a very disappointing experience.

After getting the guides, grumpy driver and busses sorted out, we boarded the small bus only to be told that some of us were on the wrong bus. Our guide was magnificent and very friendly, helpful and apologetic. Some outlets visited were not to our liking but that goes with shopping. Catered well for young mums shopping not enough catering for older group had a lovely lunch. Did not get to meet up with any of the larger group for the day on the big pink bus. As this was our first trip to Melbourne shopping we found that the next day was a lot better catching the train and bus and a tram to places that we missed the day before. 5.30 for the daily ticket as opposed to 74.00. For the price we thought it was NOT value for the money paid. Thanks anyway for a fun sightseeing day.

Some of the outlets were of value, others not and would have preferred to see others. Perhaps a selection of outlets beforehand with options would have been better. Also toilet facilities were poor and their availability should have been considered in the planning of the route. Lunch was very late, so forewarning of all these possibilities would have been helpful so snacks and fluids could have been packed. Having never done a tour like this before I was not prepared, so despite the need for these possibly seeming obvious to some, it was not to others and for an organised tour should have been mentioned. Otherwise, our guide and our bus driver were great!!

This was my third shopping spree tour. The best visit to a factory shop was to the leather shop Siricco. Bella is awesome, as was a new shop called She, a facial shop. Nothing else, I thought, was worth it. Next time I will check first as to which shops will be visited before I book. The booking process was great and hassle-free.

There was not enough time at each venue. The guide should definitely have pointed toilets out to us at each stop or set aside specific places to stop for toilet breaks.

Our guide was more worried about making it to the football on time than looking after the patrons on his tour. We throughly enjoyed the factory outlets, however I thought that lunch was disgusting. One gentleman sitting at out table was allergic the chicken and ended up eating only a baked potato and and bit of salad. The chicken was full of breadcrumbs and the salad consisted mainly of lettuce and a few bits of chopped up tomatoes and cucumber. The cheesecake was dry and rubbery. To make matters worse, there was only one toilet to cater for all thirty three of us. In conclusion, the day would have been better spent with a different escort, and lunch would have been more enjoyable elsewhere.

The bus driver and guide were nice, but, apart from the chocolate factory, the shops were back-alley wholesalers and a bit boring. It was a shame we didn't go to any of the factory outlets. We saw a bit of Melbourne as we travelled, though, which was good.

I enjoyed my day, but would of liked a bit more variety.

I wouldn't bother to do this trip again. It wasn't worth the cost. I traveled with two teenage girls, and there were no clothes outlets except for two which only suited over-thirties. Too many lingerie shops. We spent more time on the bus than shopping. Lunch was ordinary, and I was made to move from a group table so that I was a lone adult with two teenagers at a table for three with our backs to the rest of the group. We did better shopping on our own at Bridge Road for the price of a tram ticket from the city. What we thought would be a really fun day on a big pink bus doing loads of shopping was very disappointing boring minibus instead.
