An extremely enjoyable tour with a fantastic driver/ tour guide who made the day even more enjoyable. A great mix of interesting and enjoyable experiences. The one pity was that the last venue was so busy that they could not really cope properly with our booked wine tasting. However the overall day experience was not spoilt and given the small group size of the tour it was a great day and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Great value for money and very knowledgeable tour guide. Great wineries, great produce to sample.
Really good tour...our guide Lee was very informative and knowledgeable. Didn't realise there were so many wineries in the Peninsula, goats cheese fantastic, chocolates and strawberries to boot....and the Melbourne weather was superb.
From the moment we were picked up from our hotel, by our tour guide for the day Campbell, we just knew it was going to be a fun day. He had the best personality for this day. The tour was fabulous, again Viator did not disappoint. The weather was a little drizzily and dull but it did not spoil our day, it was fantastic. Not too rushed, went to 3 wineries, the strawberry farm, lunch in Flinders a perfect little hamlet and even played "petanque" or French bowles. Nothing was too hard for Campbell he made our day, great humour and makes a great coffee, definitely a must tour to see the Mornington Peninsula.
Highly recommended! Mornington was so beautiful and the weather was so nice that we were able to see the Melbourne city skyline from Arthurs Seat. The food and wine are truly amazing, and will definitely go on this trip again if I have the chance.
Great day. Campbell our tour guide was excellent. Good mix of things to do on tour.
We had a thoroughly fantastic time on this tour, Cameron our tour guide was great and good fun. Would definitely recommend the tour to everyone and the coffee was great on board the bus.
The tour was great. Our tourguide/driver, Lee, was very informative. We were so lucky with the weather, it was such a lovely day with friendly people. The wine tasting was a good experience for an amateur. Lunch was very nice. I had the best day. Thank you.
This tour is highly recommended. We started the tour with a pleasant drive down to the Peninsula, stopping at Arthur's Seat for a Photo Op. We then had stops of varying length at three very good Wineries, a Chocolate Factory and a Goats Cheese Dairy, all of which we could easily have spent a lot more time. The trip was made even more interesting by the expertise of the Tour Guide, Campbell, he was very informative and made a great cup of Coffee on the Tour Bus when ever we stopped for a while.
This was a tour not to missed if you crave for Wine, Cheese and Chocolate, and who doesn't.
This is one of the best tours I have been to. There is a little bit of everything! You get to know different country sights AND get to try a lot of different wines and cheese! And to make it even better, you get to try very good chocolates. This is definitely as MUST DO tour.
Campbell, our guide, made the day fun and relaxed. If you enjoy sampling nice foods, wines etc and learning the history of the local area then you'll enjoy this tour.
Well and truly worth the day seeing the sights of Mornington Peninsula. The wine and food absolutely enjoyable. Our tour guide was extremely informative and a true gentleman with a dash of Aussie Larikin!
our trip to Mornington was wonderful. Charlie is a wonderful and resourceful guide. Other than the slight setback due to machinery fault, i should say it was a good trip.
the driver of the coach was extremely knowledgeable and fun and was prompt on collection. The wineries were great, Goats cheese tasting was excellent, and strawberry farm was very good.
My only criticism, and this is not fault of anyone, was that it rained form lunch time and we missed the really great scenery. On the whole I would recommend this trip for anyone that has a day to spare in Melbourne
