The chocolate factory is a definite must do on this tour. There weren't many penguins our night, but it was still a great trip. Upgrade to the penguin plus: it's worth the extra few bucks. We had the good fortune to have a really great guide. He was knowledgeable and funny.

The penguin parade is a must see. Totally amazing! We would have preferred an option for a penguins only tour as the rest of the tour did not really interest us, but seeing the penguins was well worth the time.

One word - penguins! What a wonderful way to see the sites, highly recommended tour if you're traveling in and around Melbourne.

The "ultimate" option was well-worth the extra fee. The ranger leads a small group with full access to the area. The narrative is great and the pointers on viewing very helpful. This tour was a high point of the trip. The helicopter add-on was also a lot of fun and good value compared with purchasing it on-site. The wildlife rescue center was also great, with a chance to get close to a variety of native animals. The winery stop was the low-point of the tour. The wine at the free tasting was not exceptional and the price was high for the quality. The time could have been better spent on any other part of the tour.

This is a good tour if you are arriving on a morning flight before 1000 am or so. A good choice to go along with the Great Ocean Road Tour if you are in Melbourne for a couple of days.

I enjoyed the day because there were multiple destinations. The weather was not ideal but that was certainly no one's fault.

The penguins are well worth seeing, and I would recommend this part of the trip to anyone. Not so sure about the wine tasting and the wildlife park.

On the whole a really good trip. I wasn't to keen on the wine tasting, but there was no pressure to buy. The ultimate penguin package was worth the extra money. The private tour was really interesting.

The tour operator seemed like a quality tour company. They run small buses, have good drivers offering a wealth of information and provide PSP machines to watch videos on the way back from your destination in order to pass the time. The actual penguin parade was quite amazing and has to be seen to be believed. The only disappointment is you can't take photos. Make sure you dress warmly -- we went in September and needed gloves, hats and parkas. There's no time for an evening meal, so they have you buy a sandwich at your lunchtime take-away stop. If we did it again, we wouldn't bother doing that as the sandwich was gross and mushy by the end of the day. We would rather have picked something up near our hotel when we got back or requested room service. Overall, a memorable experience.
