Everything about the trip was great, beautiful scenery, tour driver very knowledgeable and friendly. Lunch was terrific. Enjoyed it immensely.

It was day well spent. All aspects of the tour were enjoyable and well done. Excellent tour for someone like me who has one free day to see what Australia has to offer in the Melbourne area.

We had a fabulous day on this tour. Our driver was very knowledgeable and informative. He even found kangaroo grazing in a field and stopped for us to have a look!! The Healesville Sanctuary was terrific. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Thought the Puffing Billy ride might go for a longer time, but overall had a great day, bus driver was excellent. Loved the wildlife sanctuary.

Overall a good trip. Wasn't too impressed with the level of service with the tour operator. They were difficult to get a hold of to confirm tour. Stayed on hold for almost 1 hour. The tour was rushed, but the wine was great as well as the wildlife sanctuary.

As an Australian citizen, I would take the half-day tour next time as I didn't need to spend as much time with the native fauna ie the Sanctuary. I would recommend the full day tour to overseas visitors though.

I really enjoyed this trip. The highlight of the trip for me were the wonderful guides at Healesville Sanctuary who had so much knowledge about the animals and the environment. I did think that the trip organisers could have put in more effort though eg it was very cold on the Puffing Billy train. Knowing that this is typical weather in Melbourne for that time of year, blankets could have been made available.
