Entree platter:- A platter for 2 comprising of Asian style king prawn salad, tandoori roast vegetables and confit duck leg with a lentil salad
- Char grilled chicken breast stuffed with brie and semi-dried tomatoes served on couscous with a tarragon cream sauce.
- Crispy skin Moroccan salmon, served on potato rosti with avocado salsa and caper mayonnaise.
- Pan fried eye fillet with roasted seasonal vegetables, black garlic butter and porcini mushroom cream sauce.
- Grilled polenta with mushroom ratatouille and palm hearts, drizzled with truffle oil and vincotto.
- Char grilled pork rib eye served with a sweet potato mash, glazed green beans and an olive and balsamic reduction.
