I have never been so cold in my life or had to eat dinner with a jumper, coat and scarf wrapped around my neck along with many other guests. The problem being that people were in and out smoking and leaving the door open. We did ask if there were heaters on board and they said yes, perhaps you could educate the smokers to close the door as when it did happen which was about twice you could definitely feel the difference.
On a better note the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and came often to see if you needed another drink. We do recommend the boat, but would never again go in winter and we were prepared for the cold.
No drink list, crockery was ordinary at times, waiters were hard to understand--strong accents--waitress was fine. Some commentary of location would be nice. Food good, wine variety small. Overall, not bad. Tram car restaurant better, cheaper and more professional.

The service was very good - quick and courteous. The food was OK, but, apart from the main meal, the serves were small and not up to the standard expected. The vessel was too cold inside during our meal. Overall, this should have been much better considering the price we paid. Upon a favourable recommendation, I booked this dinner cruise for a special occasion and left quite disappointed.

The food was good, but the interior decorating needs redoing; it looks old and tired. The trip was long and the chairs uncomfortable. Good friendly service, though.

The food and service is absolutely fantastic and the views breathtaking. However, for 130 you would expect the vessel to be luxurious and comfortable.

The whole experience was over rated and grossly overpriced. We were bitterly disappointed. The music radio was very dated 80's, the food was satisfactory but hardly gourmet, the vessel itself had a moldy smell about it, the trip was too long. The service was excellent though. There's no way that this experience was worth 130 per head - grossly overpriced.

Having been on a few other dinner cruises in other cities, this was the poorest I've experienced. The food was below average - something which I expected to be much better, as I had purchased this as a birthday gift for a very special loved one. The night was cold, and no heating was provided in the sitting area, so was dying to get off the cruise after the first 30 minutes! No ambiance, no romantic music, no atmosphere of any kind. Very disappointing.
