Excellent pilots, state of the art ballons, perfect views. You could offer a nicer breakfast or at least in a nicer atmosphere. Had to pay extra for the hot chocolate of my two small boys...
Trip was outstanding with excellent service. Breakfast was served to perfection.
it's so different to view those scenes from above and can see sunrise in such kind of way. love it without doubt!
What a fantastic day. Whilst you are at the mercy of the weather we had a perfect day and the atmosphere continued with the breakfast in the winery and a great crew and piolet. If you were ever to go hot air ballooning the Global Ballooning tour over the Yarra Valleu would have to be the pick of the crop!

Wow! It was an amazing experience, worth every penny, absolutely excellent. Fantastic Champagne breakfast. The ballooning staff were brilliant, friendly and a great laugh. Many thanks for a brilliant time and a lifetime experience.

WOW! Definitely a major highlight of our trip! The only bad part was finding out that 345 does exist in the AM! Everything was done perfectly! We were picked up at the hotel right on time, then drive out to the winery was quite nice. Our van was about the last one to arrive. We were checked in quickly, then transported to the launch site. There were 3 balloons that day, each holding 16 passengers. Weather was PERFECT! Our pilot, was quite a master at entertaining us as well as handling the balloon. We'd envisioned some tumbling or dragging when we landed as our pilot had told us of the prior day's flight. Conditions were perfect and he actually sat the basket down on the trailer! What a treat! Champagne was poured freely and breakfast was great and there was plenty of it! Kudos to everyone!

When people ask me 'how was it' my only word is MAGICAL!!!! - I was amazed at how quiet and and peaceful it was when in the air. Because of the lack of wind, we were in the air for one and half hours - a bonus. It was well worth the 4.30am pick up from my hotel. The pilot and crew were very professional and informative and fun. Chandon champagne and a fabulous breakfast was waiting for us at Rochford Winery - an excellent end to the flight - I can now cross this off my list.
Good experience of team work and nice outdoor activity.
Balloon flight was pure magic.
