What You Can Expect
The Graceland self-guided audio tour features actual commentary from Elvis and his daughter Lisa-Marie. Walk through several rooms, including the comfortable retro kitchen and the Polynesian–style jungle room where Elvis would kick back and relax at home. You can also pass by Elvis’ father’s office, and take in the singers’ dozens and dozens of awards in the Trophy Building. The old racquetball courts are where his flashy stage costumes are on display. You will have time for reflection in the Meditation Garden where Elvis and his family have been laid to rest.
Top exhibits you can tour with your Platinum Pass include the Archives Experience, which features treasures from Elvis’ personal and professional life, such as photographs, documents, film clips, his wardrobe and other rare artifacts. You’ll also see the Automobile Museum, which includes more than 20 vehicles, such as Elvis’ Harley-Davidson motorcycles, a 1975 Dino Ferrari, a 1973 Stutz Blackhawk, the pink Jeep from "Blue Hawaii."
Finally, your Platinum Pass gives you access to the changing exhibits at the Graceland Visitors Center, where you can browse for souvenirs in the gift shop and get a small bite to eat, as well. With three hours at Graceland, you will have plenty of time to get to know Elvis and the mark he made on the world with his music. Ride the vintage-style bus back to downtown Memphis to end your half-day tour.
This tour was amazing!
From being picked up to being dropped back the trip was very well runand informative.
A must if you are visiting Memphis. An insight into the life of one of the greats. The house is surprisingly compact, but there is plenty to see. The car collection was interesting and great to see some of his costumes and awards. Plenty of souvenir shops and places to eat. A great half day out.
I've been waiting for years to do this and loved every minute of it
Great tour. Transportation made it relaxing and stress free. Tour guide/driver was wonderful.
The pick up was prompt and the driver helpful. Really enjoyed the visit to Gracelands and seeing all the Elvis memorabilia.
This tour was pre booked in Australia, and upon our arrival in Memphis, the tour company could not have been more helpful. We made an adjustment by adding another extension to the tour, and so pleased that we did. We fully recommend the Graceland Tour, a must do when visiting Memphis.
It was a great tour with plenty of time to see everything. The ride in the vintage bus was interesting!
Tour guide was entertaining and informative with great directions on getting around Graceland, would highly recommend this tour
Although I didn't consider myself to be a huge Elvis fan before the tour I have gained an appreciation of his work and his philanthropy because of it.
