Fantastic tour....and just fantastic to be standing in the same spot where a lot of rock and roll music was born. Spine tingling moments as you realise that you are standing where legends like Elvis, Johnny Cash, U2, Roy Orbison stood to record some of their records. Highly recommend.
Fantastic!!! great tour guide, wonderful place to hang out for a while and take in where Elvis and other early rock and roll stars made their first recordings of their music.
Excellent tour to stand in a studio that has remained unchanged over all those years ,we realised how talented the artists of the time needed to be as they had very basic recording equipment unlike today where almost anyone can be made to sound good
This tour was excellent,we were met by this sweet girl,who took us upstairs of the record studio to start the tour.She was very prepared to answer questions and to give us information on Sam Phillips,and the entertainers that were produced there at Sun Studios. Later we went downstairs to the actual recording studio.Was most interesting listening to clips made by Elvis and Roy Orbinson.Time on your own after to take pictures and to shop for gifts.

A visit to Sun Studio is a must on a visit to Memphis. Our guide was fab, and it was amazing to see where rock n' roll started!

This tour was taken as part of an 'Elvis Extravaganza' organised for my birthday by my Mum & Dad. It was pure nostalgia and the guide who, like me, was much too young to have been around at the time of the studio's historic events was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
