Mendoza Full-Day River Rafting Adventure
You'll start your Argentinian outdoor adventure by traveling away from the city of Mendoza to the town of Cordillerano de Potrerillos. The drive through the countryside is quite scenic – you'll see stunning views of the mountain ranges that surround Mendoza as you travel towards the river.
Upon arrival in Cordillerano de Potrerillos, you'll meet at the river for a pre-excursion safety briefing. There will be instructions on how to move in the raft and how to approach rapids in the boat, as well as notes on the overall safety of river rafting. Then it's time to put on your gear and suit up for an adrenaline-packed adventure! Safety gear includes wetsuits, helmets and life jackets.
Hop aboard with your fellow rafters and start paddling! You'll spend about 1.5 hours on the river, navigating level 3 and level 4 rapids. River rafting is a team sport and everyone on the boat will have paddles to help maneuver through the river.
