This was a fantastic tour for which we must congratulate your local operators. They were extremely professional in everything they did yet also made our tours informative and fun. It was a very busy programme but it did allow us to get a real taste of Mexico City and the surrounding areas. Great value for money
We really had a great time on the tour. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also spoke good English. We forgot our camera on returning to the airport. It was located and sent back to us. They were helpful throughout the tour.
So go and see everything. Security was not an issue.
We had a great time on this tour. The sites were beautiful. The tour guides were awesome. Highly recommended.
It was a fantastic 5 days vacation in Mexico! I could never experience the same without my lovely Mexican guide. The accommodation is safe and comfortable. Thank you Viator for making my holiday so special!
I had a blast! It is a great way to see Mexico given the fact that my Spanish is very limited. The tour itself is a great mix of historical sites, culture and local life. The Teotihuacan Pyramids was amazing! Cuernavaca is a very laid back city full of life. As a single female traveler, I felt totally safe with the company of my guide. He is really informative and friendly. Highly recommend this trip to whoever visit Mexico for the first time!
We really loved all the places we went to. All the guides were excellent and full of information. The only place we did not like was the restaurant at Taxco the service was horrible it took more than an hour to get our food and the food was not that great for the price.
Guides spoke excellant English and are very knowledgable of subjects. Only negative was stopping at provider favored vendors for extended periods.
Mexico City was fascinating. The City Tour and the Touribus were our favorite days. The only disappointment was the visit to Teotihaucan. Billed as a 5 hour tour, the day actually took 11 hours. We were an hour late being picked up at our hotel; it took another hour to pick up folks from other hotels. When we finally arrived at the pyramids, we spent time at an obsidian business (which was interesting but took time). We were told there would be time to climb the Pyramid of the sun, but there wasn't. We English speakers sometimes seemed to miss out on the guide's information and at the Shrine of Guadalupe we missed all instructions and didn't know when we were supposed to leave.
The hotel itself and the food at hotel were great! Rooftop terrace seating with great views of the Zocalo in the hotel restaurant. Tours were rushed by guides and not always as stated on website. Guides tend to set you up for buying stuff from vendors of their choosing. We did see most of the sites we had wanted to although not for as long as we had thought, more time was spent at the vendors of the guides choosing. Guides had good knowledge of the sites. Overall was ok, but could easily have been better if the tour operator delivering the services was better organized and provided tours as stated. Hop on and off bus was a huge waste of time.
