Mexican Wrestling Match
Your tour starts with pickup from your hotel in Mexico City and a drive to the arena. Get into the Mexican spirit by enjoying a shot of tequila with your group, and then enter the arena and settle into your seat for an exciting performance! When the lights come on, hear the crowd roar as each masked luchador leaps into the ring to tackle his opponent.
Your guide will explain the dramatic storyline of Mexican lucha libre and point out its quick and stylized acrobatic movements. Watch with amazement as the wrestlers spin around one another and use the ropes to catapult inside the ring.
Cheer for the técnicos -- Mexican comic book superheroes, warriors or saints representing the plight of farmers and workers -- as they twirl and tumble with amazing agility around the rudos (Mexican villains).
After two hours of fun, you’ll receive your own Mexican wrestling mask to take home with you, and your guide will take you back to your hotel.
