After a long flight, it was really nice to have a friendly person waiting to drive me to my hotel. The driver provided a good welcome to Mexico. Both drivers from and to the airport were friendly, helpful and courteous and also very punctual. I was a little worried about my return to the airport since I needed to be picked up at 4 in the morning for my early flight, but, as noted above, the driver was there punctually. Both drivers pointed out places of interest along the way. This is a very reliable service that makes arrival and departure hassle free.
The round trip transfer was very well.

Our pick up at the airport was on time as well as pick up at the hotel on our way back. However, when we arrived, we were not picked up at the terminal of our arrival, but were instructed to go to the other terminal. The train was not in service that day, and we didn't know where to go. Thankfully, I speak Spanish and was able to find out where the shuttle bus is, which took us to the other terminal. With lots of luggage, that was really a hassle. Other than that, very smooth and timely operation.

This service was very good.
Flight arrived after midnight in Terminal 2. Had to take a bus to terminal 1, look for exit # 8, and wait for 30 mins. As nobody showed up, I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. Days later I called to complain and they offered to reimburse my taxi fare if I had saved the receipt, which I thankfully did. Ride back to the airport was uneventful. Driver was on-time and courteous.
it was so unfortunate that i didn't know that the airport transfers were only appropriate for 4 or 5 star hoels in mexico. i had to arrange my own transfer back to the airport.Still thankful that I was met at the airport. i hope you will specify the limitations next time to avoid same mistakes especially for me who went to mexico on my own.
Despite the description of what to look for when we arrived at the airport the rep was not in orange and nor did we exchange vouchers so the details were confusing and we had real trouble finding him in the airport. On the return we were given 2 different pickup times 45minutes apart and we had real trouble getting hold of anyone to speak to , to confirm pick up in the first place. Overall we found this far too stressful.
We should not have needed to wait for the driver to arrive at the Hotel after scheduled time. It made worse that one of the 2 drivers needed to pick up other passengers and my other half of the group needed to wait at the airport for 20 minutes.
Had to make our own way between terminals on arrival as transport unable to park where we had arrived. Transport very late arriving for departing flight.
The driver was friendly and even recommended a good restaurant near my hotel. However, I learned that it was a lot more expensive than if I had booked the transportation service of my hotel. Also, they only pick up at a certain terminal, so that if your plane does not land there, you would have transfer terminals by airport train -- which is a lot more hassle than just getting an airport taxi.
Disaster. Transfer arranged for return by rep for just over 2hrs before take off. Driver delayed for 40 minutes and had to get taxi to airport only just arriving for flight in enough time. Very stressful but refund given promptly
This is not good. People who provide this service do not speak English. The rate is several times higher than taking a taxi for a familiy of four - might be good for one individual. I will not recommend this to my friends.
