A dream come true! There are no words that can describe the atmosphere of the infamous Azteca stadium. We saw a nail-biting game that ended in a 1-1 draw for Club America. Great guide, great game and a must for any football fan visiting Mexico City.

Tour operator was 1 hour late and there was no English guide. We were told that the English guide pulled out last minute due to sickness. We were 10 minutes late for the game. Nevertheless, the guy who was filling his place was very nice and did his best to make this a very enjoyable experience.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better September 2015

We could have easily gone to the game without the tour - we felt that the tour was very expensive for what it was. The seats were good, but the company wasn't and that's not the tour's fault. But the tour guide was 45 minutes late in picking us up as well as the fact that it took more than two hours to get to the stadium because of the traffic - which we think would have been avoided by just taking the subway. The guide also dropped us off making us fare our own way into the stadium unawares of the customs that go along with entering a stadium like that - such as finding your seat and having to pay the guy who showed you to your seat. Had our tour guide been with us, I'm sure he could have helped us and we wouldn't have had to pay for it. We were also in the uncovered portion, meaning that we got absolutely soaked in the afternoon thunderstorm - a tip for the company would be to offer ponchos to its customers that would be an added bonus of taking a tour. We felt that other things could have been added to the tour to make it more unique - as currently it just feels like a very very expensive trip to a standard soccer game.
