This was a good day trip from Mexico City and an opportunity to see many of Mexico's fine colonial churches. The lunch (included) was good and the guide (Ignacio of "Nacho") was excellent.

Mexitour's Mr.Nacho was our guide and we had too much fun! The rich history of Cholula and the biggest pyramid was breath taking and the nice view of volcanic mountain was awesome. The mole dish from Puebla is just delicious and the beautiful blue tiles were unforgettable. It was a magical tour!

Eventhough it is a very long bus drive, both places were very nice. The restaurant in Puebla was fantastic, and the tour guide (Miguel) was really great.

The day spent in Puebla has been great because:
1) we were only 3 people
2) guide has been gently, well prepared and he explained in detail history and culture of mexico

That was a totally unforgettable trip! Our guide Ignacio was superb and extremely knowledgeable. The beauty of Puebla is hard to put in words; you have to see it to believe it! The restaurant selected for lunch was exquisite! Great cuisine, impeccable service and the ambiance of the "old world" was incredible! This was truly a gem of a tour!

Had a great time, the tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. I like Viator tours as they take care of the basics, lunch is a great addition. I find that the tour guides are very well versed, and there is enough "free-time" to explore on your own.

The tour was nice and we had a very enjoyable day. The tour guide Octavio was awesome. We were very dissapointed with the lunch though. We were in Mexico in a mexican restaurant and it would have been nice to enjoy a mexican meal. What we we got was an american style lunch (turkey with gravy and Mashed potatoes!) and it was awful food too. I would recommend a change in restaurants.

The tour guide was not very good. He stopped 45 minutes for himself to eat breakfast while we waited. Then he hurried us along later. Puebla, the lunch at the beautiful historic hotel and the Cholula pyramid were worth the trip.

I had been to Puebla with my sister. The guide Maria was vey informative on the archeological sites and took care of the group very well, though we had to walk along crowded shopping streets. The market where we had half and hour to shop in Puebla is filled with lovely Mexican handicrafts. Lunch was a great experience and we had good variety in food and dessert despite being pure vegetarians. The live band at the restaurant was just great. It was the best of all the Viator tours we had in Mexico, in terms of place coverage and time management.
