This was a fantastic tour. It was interesting to drive out of Mexico through the suburbs Cuernavaca was an interesting stop
great jewelry selection, private tour guide was very polite and accomodating
We stopped first in the cathedral in Cuernavaca where the guide gave us a short history of the cathedral and gave us some time to go around on our own. Then we proceeded to a silver shop in Taxco where the owners explained the different types of silver products and ways of processing silver. We had lunch in a restaurant in Taxco and thereafter, walked leisurely to the Cathedral. The guide gave us a short history not only of the Cathedral but also of Taxco. We were given an hour of free time, which was great because Taxco is so beautiful that you want to go around and explore the place as much as possible.
Taxco should not be missed! What a fantastic place. The church is amazing and don't get me started talking about the shopping. The plaza in front of the church is a delight to sit in. It's fun to watch all the white VW Taxi's maneuver their way around each other in the super narrow streets. Our guide spoke great english and was extremely knowledgeable. This is a must do!

This tour was amazing! Luis was the best tour guide, he was funny, informative and it was a pleasure spending the day being lead around by him. Taxco was so beautiful, one of the must sees of Mexico!

This was an excellent tour. The guide, Francesco, was punctual, informative and very personable. We learned so much just on the drive to and from, the history. Time allowed at each stop was terrific and the whole experience could not have been improved upon. Taxco, in particular, was magic. I only wish I had Googled shopping in Taxco before I visited as there would certainly have been a few more shops I would have sought out to drop a few more dollars!
The tour was excellent and very efficent. Alex and George our tour guides were very knowledgable and incredibly helpful. The only drawback is that there is little time to look around and interact with the environemnt and everything is a bit rushed. Great tour for those who wish to see a lot in a short time.
Cuernavaca was okay but Taxco was beautiful! Our tour guide George was an alder gentleman and he was very good. He explains a lot of things in the car ride to the sites so when you get there there's very little explaining needed to be done and he just shows you the important things as you walk other wise, he lets you walk around on your own.
It was a great tour, very beautiful place. I highly recommend it. If not some rude members of the team I would enjoy it more!

Taxco is BEAUTIFUL! Well worth the trip and money. My suggestion would be to buy the tour with lunch included option, as the restaurant they bring you too isn't cheap.
I was very pleased with my tour. The guide was English/Spanish bilingual and was very knowledgable, without sounding like a know-it-all. I highly recommend to small groups and individuals!
Excellent tour commentator. Demonstrated time and time again patience and courtesy.

Our guide, Eduardo, was excellent guide. Knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Could not ask for better.
I'd always heard about Cuernavaca and was dying to visit this city and enjoyed every minute we spent there. Unfortunately we weren't there too long... But I truly appreciate our guide "Arturo", in Taxco he offered to ride with us on a taxi to the top of the city to see Christ the Redeemer. That ride was not included in the tour and I think the taxi fare was totally worth every penny. Not only did I get an awesome view of the entire city but I got to see a behind the scene look. We enjoyed visiting the silver store in Taxco and were offered a "Berta" an alcoholic drink similar to a margarita and learned about silver mining in Mexico. We also found good deals in silver jewelry and were able to buy a few for friends and family back home. Mexico has beautiful churches but some of my favorite were in Taxco!
This was an excellent day trip and a wonderful way to see colonial Mexico outside of Mexico City. The guide, Francisco, did a great job. The lunch (not included) was very good and the restaurant had a fine view of the cathedral. During the free time, I had enough time to hire a taxi to take me up the hill to the Christ the Redeemer monument for an amazing view of Taxco and the cathedral. There was even enough time to look around town a little after coming back down the hill.
