Wonderful tour that can't be organized better.

The tour was billed as a trip to the pyramids and the shrine, but it was just a little time spent at the basilica and the rest of the day at the archaeological site. I'd have preferred more free time at the shrine and less at Teotihuacan. That said, our tour guide was friendly and helpful throughout the day, and knew a lot about both sites. If you're mainly interested in Teotihuacan, you'll have plenty of time there, both to learn and to climb around on your own.

The trip was fine. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. I think these trips focus too much on the shopping and not enough on spending time at the actual sites.

The guide was great, had excellent English and was very knowledgeable. I just wasn't that excited about the trips to artisans and the hard sell that we experienced there.

No pressure on time at any place we visited or to finish tour.

I think that the tour was OK, the tour guide was really nice but he should walk more with us around the pyramids.

I liked the tour and the places we visited, but not the unannounced stops at artisans' shops where we were subjected to sales pitches.

The tour is a bit short and rushed.

The trip was great. However, I was not very satisfied with some tourist members in the group.

I was VERY unhappy that our driver, who picked up up at 9 in the morning, took us to another place, supposedly to learn about the cactus, the liquor they make from it, and taste all the liquors, but it was a gift shop in disguise. I had no interest in buying VERY expensive silver jewelry or stone carvings which were offered much cheaper at the pyramids, AND what I found most offensive about it was that, after getting up early to make the tour, we were brought to the site to climb them at 12 noon, the hottest and worst possible time. Tourists should be asked or at least told that they will be brought to a high pressure buying situation, and at least it should be after the pyramids, so we are not there at the hottest part of the day to climb them. Very poor planning and NOT what we signed up for.

Both sites are amazing and you should not miss them. Unfortunately the local tour operator is very confusing. We spent a lot of time picking up people on the hotels, and after that they discovered that some people would go to different tours that required changing vehicles and spending even more time.
