My boyfriend and I booked this trip to Chichen Itza during our 5 day stay in Tulum. It was the perfect trip, five stars all the way. From the moment we arrived on the bus we were greeted with a smile and offered pastries, coffee, and orange juice. The bus was full, we were the last ones on, but there were two seats saved just for us. There were three tour guides and one bus driver. Each were very professional, accommodating, and scholarly. The lunch was great, lots of nice vegetarian options, it was a buffet lunch at a fancy hotel - outside, iguanas, live music, just right. After chichen itza the bus brought us to a beautiful underground cenote. The cenote was the best one we had seen, like being in a giant geode. There was copal burning, people swimming in shallow waters, and a traditional mayan band was playing, all under ground! We had a great day, felt very tired at the end, but it was well worth it. We highly recommend this trip!!

Great day out with well informed guides who looked after you all the way there and back. Long day but well worth it!

The bus ride there was very comfortable; the guides are knowledgeable.
Better valued package than other agencies offered.

Great tour! Very informative and interesting. Got some beautiful pictures. Just be prepared for a long bus drive! Otherwise, it probably is worth it. Also, the price is great for what is included.

Safe and prompt driver. The tour assistant took great care of our comfort and snacks on the trip. The travel guide was extremely knowledgable, funny and passionate about teaching Mayan culture.

I wonder how they built that far in the land.

The trip was awesome! The bus ride was comfortable even a teeny bit cold. There were plenty of drinks and lunch was enjoyable. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate, which I found made his tour even more enjoyable. I also felt like the whole thing was well organized which made me feel very safe in a completely unfamiliar part of the world.

We were very lucky and had a superb guide he made the trip 100%! Also it was a great surprise that the trip to a Mayan reservation and canote was included, this was excellent.

The trip was brilliant, a very long day so take a book or music for the coach but the tour guides were fantastic, very funny and informative. A really enjoyable day. If visiting I would recommend taking a hat, sunblock, water and insect repellent.

Everyone of us enjoyed this trip. The guide was wonderful and the bus was so comfortable and the lunch was wonderful also. We will recommend this to everyone we know going to this part of Mexico. Also want to thank the person who called to tell us what to bring - which he said was a smile. This we did have when we started and when we finished. Thank you all.

This tour is a must!! Not only do you get to travel inland and see some of the Yucatan countryside and villages but the Mayan site is incredible. The tour company does a wonderful job hosting the bus ride and suppling refreshments and information. (Bring tip money). It was a long day but worth it!

Very hot, but a great trip. They even provided umbrellas in the case of rain. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and the information provided was fascinating. It's hard to avoid all of the street vendors at Chichen Itza, though.
