Loved the event, but were not pleased that the tour company asked for money at the end of the evening.

We have been very happy with our experiences with Viator until this particular encounter in Mexico City. The website described 'Guaranteed Excellent Seats' for the show, but they failed to tell the customers that their idea of excellent seats are in the nose-bleed section. At the theatre when we discovered that our seats were the most distanced seats from the stage. We inquired about better seats, the guide made us paid additional 20USD in order for us to sit in the second worst section of the theatre. Let's say my bincoulars were very helpful during the entire show.
DO NOT book this show, or if you do, make sure you verify with Viator in advance of the actual seating location of your ticket!!!!!
