For our return trip to the airport we were thrown in a taxi with no air conditioning. The representative gave the taxi driver 50 pesos. I could have done that.

We could not find the operator from the tour company at the airport. Subsequently, we paid for a taxi to take us to the hotel.

I was very unhappy with the return service - our ride was a half hour late to pick us up. The tour rep at the hotel was very nice but we found better pricing elsewhere.
