What a brilliant day, an absolute must for the traveller to Florida. The staff were knowledgeable, informative, entertaining and interesting, but of course the real stars are the wonderful plants and animals - absolutely fantastic - an unmissable trip which we hope to repeat!!

This trip to the Billie Swamp Safari Park was one of the highlights of our vacation. The airboat ride was breathtaking, and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and good fun. A well-organised & safe day out. You won't be disappointed!

The air boat experience was fantastic and sitting at the front when the great driver opened up the throttle was something else! Great and funny guide for the buggy too. Learned a lot.

As soon as we arrived, there was a quick check-in, and we were given our times for the airboat ride, giant buggy ride, with plenty of time for lunch in the fantastic Billie Swamp Cafe, a visit to the Museum and a walk around the zoo. We got caught in a downpour, which put a damper on our plans, but was exciting in itself! All staff were very polite, informative and provided great service. Oh, yes and an Alligator/Snake show or you could choose a Swamp Critter show instead. All in all, it was a fantastic day and a memory to cherish forever. We'd even put it high up there above the theme parks! Thank you Viator, we would certainly use you again!

This was a great time for my boys and I. The staff at the Safari were polite, attentive, and very entertaining. I was impressed and would recommend this adventure to one and all.

Very very good except when we bought the tickets we were told that it included EVERYTHING and when we got to the swamp we were told we had to pay extra for the critter show. No big deal but it was totally unexpected.

Our swamp buggy tour guide was great and full of wonderful knowledge. I wish the air boat tour would have been a little longer.

A great and fun experience. Make sure you get there as early as possible as Museum closes at 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and didn't make it. Also, if you fancy trying the gator tail meal, don't order one each as they pile the plates so full that after I had eaten as much as I could, I still couldn't see the plate beneath the food!

The place was great when I booked this it said senior was 65 years old so we paid adult price when we got there the age is 63 so we both should have had the cheaper rate. The Big Cypress is wonderful and a trip everyone should make at least once.

Our visit to Big Cypress was a really wonderful day trip from Fort Lauderdale. Billie Swamp Safari was interesting and informative. The rides and wildlife views were great. It is nice to see animals in the wild, not in cages. The only thing my husband and I did not care for was the small zoo with a few animals in cages. It was very sad to see that.

It showed a realistic side to the Everglades but very obvious; it was more of a park than the real thing although not worth missing. The swamp buggy was the best part, the guide was very good. We bought the Seminole museum option too but did not have enough time to experience that part fully. We arrived quite early but would have been earlier if we knew how full the day was. Very good day out.

Although it was an enjoyable experience, the staff needs lessons in customer service. Rude and unfriendly, except the swamp buggy kid! He was a doll.
