We were picked up from our hotel and the driver took us directly to the boat. The trip started on time and the captain was fantastic. Would recommend this to anyone.

The cruise lasted only 1.5 hours and 2 hours was reserved for transportation!!!! If you have your own rental car, do not waste your holiday time by sitting in shuttle bus picking up people all over Miami. The shuttle did not even pick us from our hotel, we had to drive 10 minutes to another hotel. So I recommend that you drive straight to the port and buy the cruise from the pier. Parking costs little but time is money. Cruises depart every 1.5 hours and cost 22 dollars. The actual cruise was still ok, everyone could see and hear and the cruise staff was friendly and nice.
