I was very satisfied with the tours. Bus was a little late picking me up, but the pace was good, the guides were excellent. I'd do it again.

My son Tim and I had a fabulous time on our day trip with you. The service was great and the guides very helpful. It was more of a highlight of our stay in Miami than the Super Bowl was. If we are ever in Miami again, we will use your group for a tour. Thanks again!

This was a wonderful experience. You get more than your money's worth. Very organized tour, can't miss it.

We had a great time and learned a lot about Miami area. Loved holding the alligator and the Everglades, the boat tour of Millionaires Row, and will now spend more time in the Art Deco area on our next trip to Miami.

We had a great time. It was all good and saved a lot of drive time by having someone else do it.

This is a well organised tour. The everglades were fantastic and the air boat ride was exhilarating. I could not fault any part of the tour.

It was great to finally see the Everglades as part of my tour. It's a fascinating place full of plant and amphibious creatures and birds.

Tour was good, but company's organisation was very poor. For example, being diverted several times to go on a bus that didn't have enough seats, and waiting for additional passengers who apparently made late decisions to come on the tour, and being told when confirming that I would be picked up at 9.45 but the bus arrived at 9.30--driver complained that I wasn't waiting in the foyer.

This was a really nice, interesting trip. I'd recommend it for a first visit to the Miami area.

The trip covered many different areas and was a great value for what it encompassed. Our bus tour guide was fantastic. He was very personable and accommodating. The Everglades tour was great, though our airboat guide was very rude and unprofessional. He was very sarcastic to guests that were speaking Spanish and was yelling at them that he does not speak Spanish. Other than that, the rest of the trip was very nice and I appreciate the hotel pick up/drop off service.

Excellent tour. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you only have a limited amount of time to spend in Miami. With three tours in one, I think it is also good value for money. Only one minus point: the description for the city tour advises that you visit the art deco area and South Beach areas of the city. As these are two of the most famous features of Miami, I was disappointed that after touring Coral Gables and Coconut Grove we were then taken straight to the boat tour. Despite this, I would still recommend the tour, just allow extra time or book another trip if you wish to visit South Beach.
