We had a brilliant trip, the guide was informative and friendly. It was really brilliant.

Everglades was very nice, the guide on the boat knew everything about the park and he was funny. The bus picked me up on time but I was touring around until he got others. The city tour was very informative and the guide was nice and cute, hehehe. The bout tour was ok, you just see houses nothing more, the pilot was funny. I wish the tour give us some time to walk around the Bayside Marketplace, but I guess they want us to buy another tour. It was a very informative tour and good for those who do not have much time.

I love airboat tours in general, but this one was a bit short and there was not much sighting of alligators. The driving tour and Biscayne Bay by boat were great! We did have a tough time figuring out when to transfer to the Miami City tour bus, though.

Would have preferred more education and less show in the Everglades. The airboat was fun. Overall, it was a nice trip. Transportation was seamless. Thanks!

For people who only stay in Miami for a short period of time, this kind of trip is the perfect way to get to know a great deal of the area.

The tour was very informative, if a little unorganised at times, but it ran smoothly enough. Thanks!

I really enjoyed the tour, especially going out to the Everglades. Anyone who has never been to Miami will find the tour to be a good orientation to the area. I would have loved to have spent more time in the Everglades. The only real pitfall is that the tour guide who drove us to the Everglades could have used the time to make the drive interesting by talking more about the area and just what we were seeing from the window. The city tour was very informative and the boat ride fabulous.

We loved the boat tour around the star's villas. Everglades is maybe not absolutely necessary.

This was a great trip because we got to see SO much of Miami that we would not have otherwise seen! The bus trip itself was a little long, but it is totally understandable because you cover a lot of area. I really enjoyed the trip and thought it was a great value. One suggestion is to pack snacks! There is not a whole lot of time to eat, so having snacks along helped a great deal.

The trip was excellent. It covered all the highlights of Miami and gave us sufficient time to enjoy each area that we stopped at. The only drawback was that not all the people were signed up for all events, so a lot of time was wasted midday dropping off those who were not going on the city tour and picking up additional people. My suggestion is to drop off those who will be continuing in the afternoon at the shopping area where they can also get a nice lunch while picking up the others and then come pick up the group at a designated time.

The Everglades and the Biscayne Bay parts of the tour were great. I did not like the city tour too much because our bus driver was the tour guide, and we could hardly understand his English. I would definitely recommend the whole tour anyway. The pickup was on time, and the bus was good, too.

It was one of the most memorable times of the holiday. I thought the tour to the Everglades was slightly rushed, but we did have a lot to do in the day. It is definitely worth doing, and in our opinions, even though it was cheap, it certainly delivered. Overall, we had a very good time.

The tour was very good; however, we felt disconcerted by the fact that after we had done the gator park we were loaded onto a bus that left after our original bus. We were quite stressed about whether we would have an ongoing disruption, as we were doing the boat tour as well. The information seemed very confused, and by the time we had done the Miami city tour, it took the guide at least three times to explain about the boat tour. All in all, we had a good day and would do it again. Our only suggestion is that the tour operator should either put people doing the same tour on the same bus or bring them to a central point to be distributed into groups doing the same tours.

The tour as a whole is definitely worth taking. You get to see a lot of Miami in one day. Our tours got a little confused and we wound up on the wrong bus. We had to change buses to take the boat tour, but that just meant we got to see some of Miami twice. Our second tour guide was much better informed and easier to understand.
