This is a well organised tour. The everglades were fantastic and the air boat ride was exhilarating. I could not fault any part of the tour.

Definitely worth doing. Very interesting trip, you can see a lot in just one day. Everglades park was a blast, airboat tour and alligator wrestling show were great. Then we went for a city tour, and Biscayne Bay by boat was very nice to end the day and relax. The only thing we did not like was that they were supposed pick us up at 9, but the driver was one hour late, and drivers could be more organized between changing groups.

A very good tour! We really enjoyed the airboat ride and gator show. The tour of Miami was very interesting--especially through the Biltmore Hotel and Little Havana for a cup of Cuban coffee! It was raining, so we didn't enjoy the boat ride as much, but it was fun seeing the many beautiful houses on the oceanfront.

We spent two hours in a bus picking up other people for the tour. It should have been better organised.

Everglades was very good. The boat trip was good. The city tour was a joke. We spent our time dropping people off and picking up others from other trips. The driver did point out a few places at 50 miles an hour! We then saw these same places and had the same commentary two or three times. We did not go to Ocean Drive or stop in Little Havana. We were not shown an art deco hotel!

Very good package for the price. We were picked up 10 minutes late, which would not have been bad if it wasn't raining at the time, and this was the only bad part of the trip. The driver was friendly, and as we picked up more passengers, he pointed out the art deco buildings in South Beach. The air boat ride was awesome, wish it was longer. We had read previous reviews and brought subs with us and ate on the ride back to the seaport. The bus picked us back up at the appointed time and then we taken through Little Havana and Coral Gables. The driver was very informative about the history of the city and good places to shop and eat. We had about 20 minutes to walk around Little Havana. Next it was back to the seaport for our boat tour of the bay. The tour of the bay was great, very informative, and Star Island is great. Got to see several dolphins.

The trip was very good indeed, especially as we had a very entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide!! The start of the trip was a little disorganised, as we weren't sure if we were even on the right coach, but it all turned out ok. Enjoyed the Everglades, as well as the City tour, but was not too impressed with the boat tour - a pirate ship! After a very heavy downpour the crew did not even attempt to dry the seats.

All 3 parts were good. The airboat ride was fantastic, good laugh!! The bus tour guide was informative and friendly. The boat tour was also informative. The coach that picks you up from your hotel and transfers you to the Everglades could have been better. The driver did not entertain or talk to any of the passengers so it felt a little weird. Certainly worth doing this lot!!!

We drove down from Fort Lauderdale the day before so we could find you. We got lost and it took us 8 hours to find you and get back to Fort Lauderdale. I called to find out how to get there. You are in a terrible location, cost me $20 to park. The trip itself was OK, the bus broke down coming back from the Everglades and took over 2.5 hours to get back. The tours were nice and all of the employees were real nice.

Hotel pickups are great for convenience, but when it gets to the point that half the tour is spent doing loops of minor Miami Beach hotels, it can get a bit tiresome. It was even worse that as this tour is a blend of two separate tours so the hotel runs were endured three to four times during the tour! In this instance, separate pickup shuttles should be run in the respective pickup areas (i.e. Downtown, Miami Beach and South Beach) and meet at a central tour start point. As for the actual tour(s) they were fine. The Everglades visit was good and the airboat ride was fun. The city tour was interesting, although it could have featured a couple stops to get some Miami City overview photo opportunities. The cruise around Biscayne Bay at dusk was enjoyable.

Excellent tour; however, we got picked up at 9am at our hotel, and by the time we picked up all the other guests and were on our way to the Everglades, it was 1030. An hour and a half to tour ALL the hotels of Miami and Miami Beach was a little too much.
