The trip was nice, quite enjoyable. However, there was some misunderstanding regarding the pick up from the hotel.

With only one day in Miami, we were picked up at our hotel and taken to the Everglades, around Miami by coach and boat and dropped off back at our hotel in the evening. A great tour, very informative, good fun, especially the airboat ride. No hassles.

It was a fantastic tour but it isn't really wheelchair accessible as stated and I would not recommend it to anyone who is not mobile. The buses used have five or six steps up to them and no ramp.

If you only have one day to hang around in Miami and surrounding, this is a good choice. We were staying in Miami Beach, but they managed to pick us up at our hotel. The service was nice and well organized.

The day would have been improved if our guide on the airboat told us more about the alligators and wildlife in the Everglades.

It was a very good day. The driver phoned to make sure the second part of our tour didn't leave without us when we were a little late coming from The Everglades to start the city tour.

Great day! Excellent for first day in the city, so you know what to go back to see and do later. Gator Park was great and our guide though the Everglades was informative and very funny! Our only complaint about the day tour was that the tour bus was way, way too cold. The air conditioner should have been turned way down to adjust for the fact that it was JANUARY and around 70 degrees outside not 95 degrees! We spent a lot of time on the bus for this tour so this was very important! The boat trip at the end of the day was picture perfect! This is an especially great trip for couples!

The trip was off to a rocky start when they were late picking us up by 45 minutes. The gator park was interesting but I thought the boat ride would be longer. The trip seemed completely rushed, maybe because it started late. The Miami City Tour was interesting but I would not do it again. The Biscayne Bay by Boat was very entertaining and I would tell people to do it for sure along with the gator park. The park itself was worth it but our driver seemed to be rushing us all the time.

Long day but well worth it. The everglades were very interesting with an exceptionally knowledgeable guide. The tour of Miami again was well informative and a must as one would never know these places exist if you are not taken to them. The boat trip was great, especially with the weather being very kind to us. It was nice to see all the exquisite houses and to know who lives in them. Seeing wild dolphins was a bonus.
My only negative comment was there was not enough time for lunch although I appreciate that with three tours back to back timing is rather hard to maintain.
My partner and I had a wonderful time. Our tour around Miami was very good, but the best was the boat ride. We got to see star island and take in the sights from Biscayne Bay.

Loved the everglade trip. The bus trip was very interesting and informative, and the boat trip was great. All and all the trip was a very good experience and our bus drivers and guides were top notch. No complaints at all.

You get to touch an alligator... enough said! The airboat ride through the Everglades could have been a little longer, but it was all good.

Good airboat tour and alligator show. Very complete city tour and Biscayne Bay boat tour. To be recommended for those who have a short time in Miami.
