This was a full day of activity, but the pace was good. They do the hotel pickup, which can be a bit frustrating as you have to go around for 30 minutes picking everyone up. By combining the 3 activities together you only have to do this the once, so you get more time to pack it all in. Would recommend you take lunch if you don't want to eat the Gator Burger as there isn't really time to get something elsewhere.

The content of the trip was very worthwhile, but a lot of time was wasted driving around in circles picking up passengers, passing the same landmark up to 3 times. That took about 1.5 hours which would otherwise have allowed time for lunch. Had more use been made of mini buses to collect passengers for delivery to the main coach, pick up would have been better timed and avoided the extra half hour wait & corresponding phone call to ensure we had not been missed. At one point we even stopped in the mid lane of a three lane carriageway outside the city to transfer passengers into a coach stopped in the third lane, the fast lane. Flagged down by the driver for the purpose - safety did not appear a high priority although 'recommended tip of 15' was emblazoned over the driver's seating area.

An extremely long day with the tours providing the basics of Miami. Was slightly disappointed with continually being asked to tip but this is the back bone to their wages. Do all three if you are short of time but maybe split the city or boat tout for another time.

It was such a really nice and complete experience. I love the everglades and the city tours. The boat tour was fine but boring on the way back. I went to Miami to see the everglades, It was only not long enough. But how long is enough to look at that. Thank you very much. Cheap and really great even with a grey weather.

I had not much time in Miami and this trip was perfect to touch the best things to do! A little disappointed with too much time to pick up people in hotels, it would be better to have a central point to meet and pick up. Everglades fantastic, city tour very good boat wonderful! I suggest the trip!

Everglades National Park was a very good experience. The Bay tour by boat was nice, while the city tour by bus was very boring.

The tour was great! The only area we had difficulty with was arranging the tour. We were not told that our hotel was not a pick up point until the night before. Then when we tried to confirm the system was down. We were told to call back in two hours which we did. At that time no one answered. On the day of the tour we went to the pick up location we were given the night before and no one was there to pick us up. We had to call again. So other than the rough start everything else was great.

Really enjoyed the Everglades and boat tour. The city tour commentary was a little rushed and hard to follow at times, but it was nice to see different parts of the city.

Great gator farm, fair city tour, good Biscayne Bay trip.

Great tour overall! Infinity kindly accommodated us to do our Everglades tour one day before schedule as we arrived from our cruise. We did Miami City and Biscayne Bay on Saturday.

The pick-up was delayed for almost an hour in the morning because some of the vans had broken down and the boat tour at 1.5 hrs was too long you can only see so many celebrity homes before you tire of it. But otherwise, the tour was well organized and well worthwhile. The Everglades are wonderful and the quick-and-dirty city bus tour gave a nice idea of what you might want to re-visit later on. Recommended!

It was great to finally see the Everglades as part of my tour. It's a fascinating place full of plant and amphibious creatures and birds.

Tour was good, but company's organisation was very poor. For example, being diverted several times to go on a bus that didn't have enough seats, and waiting for additional passengers who apparently made late decisions to come on the tour, and being told when confirming that I would be picked up at 9.45 but the bus arrived at 9.30--driver complained that I wasn't waiting in the foyer.

This was a really nice, interesting trip. I'd recommend it for a first visit to the Miami area.
