The transfers from coach to coach were a bit confusing, but not a major issue.

OK, but could have been better.

Unfortunately, we did two tours on consecutive days and got the same driver/guide on both days. The tour itself was OK but not with this guy!!

The Everglades tour was good. The city tour was pretty awful - the guide was incomprehensible, more interested in taking us to his own business than anything else. I also can't figure out how a Miami city tour didn't go along Ocean Drive - isn't that the best-known street in the city? The bay tour was nice, though I was not at all interested in knowing who owned what mansions.

The Everglades tour was definitely worth it. It was tacky in a good way, and very interesting. The tour guide at Gator Park was great. However, this is a long excursion, and by the time we were mid-way through the bus tour, we were getting tired. Though interesting, it was too much. The boat tour was somewhat interesting, but too long. You can see many of the same sights driving around Miami. Overall, if you don't like to be cooped up and moved around like cattle for a long time, don't take the combo tour.

The shuttle was late picking us up from the hotel. Seems like time was wasted for picking up people and the waiting time for the everglades tour, lots of extra time doing nothing and waiting. Overall it was just ok. I would have liked to see more of Little Havana area and not just a quick stop in a little shop for coffee.

Unfortunately it rained all day but this was a good day out on the whole.

Bus did not pick up at the hotel as advertised. There were other glitches, but are excusable.

The city trip could have been better. We should not have spent twenty minutes in a little shop in Little Havana when we only needed five minutes.

The supplier tried to combine a number of drop offs unrelated to our tour so that we spent approx. 90 minutes dropping off and picking up people at the aquarium. The trip was advertised as nine hours. It was actually eight minus one and half for unrelated pickups. A lot of wasted time on a bus. The city tour felt rushed.

The Everglades tour and the guide there were great, and the Biscayne Bay boat tour was OK - I missed Stiltsville and the view of the Miami Beach skyline. The bus driver was the narrator as well, and he was OK but not great. The city tour could have been longer. The online description says it takes nine hours, but we were away for approximately six or seven hours. So all together, it was OK but not as great as we had thought.

We enjoyed the tour however we were disappointed with Everglade part. Gator park was not what we expected and too much waiting time. The Bay tour was not on schedule and it made our day very long.

It was enjoyable but the bus drive was far too long.
