The supplier tried to combine a number of drop offs unrelated to our tour so that we spent approx. 90 minutes dropping off and picking up people at the aquarium. The trip was advertised as nine hours. It was actually eight minus one and half for unrelated pickups. A lot of wasted time on a bus. The city tour felt rushed.

The Everglades tour and the guide there were great, and the Biscayne Bay boat tour was OK - I missed Stiltsville and the view of the Miami Beach skyline. The bus driver was the narrator as well, and he was OK but not great. The city tour could have been longer. The online description says it takes nine hours, but we were away for approximately six or seven hours. So all together, it was OK but not as great as we had thought.

We enjoyed the tour however we were disappointed with Everglade part. Gator park was not what we expected and too much waiting time. The Bay tour was not on schedule and it made our day very long.

It was enjoyable but the bus drive was far too long.

The tour bus that picks you up from hotel is really nothing but a shuttle service. The drivers try to be tour guides but not very well. They also seem very disorganized: we left Everglades leaving behind two tourists, so we had to drive back to Everglades! With all the time lost, we couldn't break for lunch as we had to rush to make it to the city tour and Biscayne. I was starving.

Poorly organized tour and no resemblance to the tour description on the website. Rushed, 8 minutes in the Everglades, 5 minutes with the alligators geared mostly to taking pictures than to the promised show. Transportation was in 2 old, un-airconditioned buses, people were suffocating in the Miami heat and nobody cares. Unprofessional guides, not very informative. The later part of the tour, i.e.- the city and the bay tour, was a little better but all in all very expensive and lousy tour. Our family of 4 was looking forward to have fun before heading to a cruise and we ended up being very disappointed.

The local tour operator was not organised and spent too much wasted time doing circuits of hotels in Miami Beach locations picking up passengers for all the different tours they were operating that day. It would be better if they gave up hotel pick-ups and asked passengers to come to a central location. The visit to Gator Park was OK but the airboat tour was not long enough as we had wasted time in the pick-ups. Also I felt it did not go a great distance into the Everglades so if it is the Everglades you wish to visit then select another operator that offers longer tours of the Everglades.
The tour of Miami City was bearable but not all that interesting. The tour of Biscayne Bay was woeful. The "boat" was old, not comfortable and in need of much maintenance. It only toured the rich and famous houses on the waterways and did not do a more comprehensive tour of Biscayne Bay. I would suggest another tour company if you want to have a tour of Biscayne Bay aboard a comfortable yacht. Our visit to Miami was coloured by this sub-standard tour and hence would not go back again.
I was really looking forward to this tour and I must say it was such a disappointment that I ended the tour early. It took 2 hours from the 1st hotel pickup until we actually started the tour and was very poorly orgainsed. The guide/bus driver was the worst tour guide I have ever had and I have been on many tours constantly complaining, he definitely did not enjoy his job which made us not enjoy our tour. The only thing I liked about this tour was the alligator boat tour in the everglades. I would definitely not recommend this tour.

The city tour was a waste of time as we just sat on the bus and got driven around by an annoying guide who did not speak clearly. We just drove down the strip in little Havana which was a waste of time. Would rather have hired a car and go see everything ourselves. A big disappointment.

The staff of the tour operator are unfriendly. The website states that they have a pickup from most hotels, yet when I requested to be picked from the airport Hilton, they refused. I took a taxi and paid $25. Then it was very frustrating to see the tour bus drive by the airport Hilton on the way to the Everglades! The speaker system on the bus was bad, and at times it was hard to understand what was said. The Everglades tour was very minimal and short. At almost every step the staff were asking for tips. I felt that the city tour was also too short and minimal, and that the driver/guide was rushing in order to get to the boat on time. The boat ride was OK. Viator should change its bus and guide supplier. I have travelled the world, and this was the wost tour I ever took.

The airboat tour was not what I was expecting based on the product description. We spent most of the airboat ride waiting for the other boats to move forward and only made a small loop through the water. Our driver was unorganized and so we spent time either being rushed around or waiting. The bay cruise is good, but I would have just booked it separately.

There was a lot of down time, waiting around, not enough seats on the bus for the amount of people that needed to board, had to wait for another bus to come. The tour guide really didn't seem very knowledgeable about Coconut Grove, Coral Gables or Miami itself other than the business district, he sounded like someone was giving him a kick back to promote investments in Miami. I expected to hear about Miami history but even when we passed some old churches and cathedrals we were not told anything. The boat ride of Biscayne Bay was the best.

It was a very long wait time at the Gator park before the group left. During the city tour, driver spoke mostly Spanish which we do not understand and could not control the crowd inside the bus.
