Very nice service, very friendly people -- we felt really comfortable when we were out there with their people. TWO THUMPS UP!!!!

The Everglades tour was spent mostly on a bus. Far too long picking up guests and not on the Everglades experience.

This tour was very good.

Though billed as the Everglades and Seaquarium Tour, the Everglades visit part formed less than a quarter of the total time. More than half the time was at the Seaquarium where we were left to wander unguided on our own. The coach was 30 minutes late picking us up and the driver/guide was unintelligible. We were off-loaded to another tour operator, without prior warning, for the transfer between the Everglades and Seaquarium. Generally this tour offered poor value for money. You can most probably organize your own transportation and pay the entrance fees yourselves more cheaply!

Everglades tour was way too short - we were only on the boat for 20 minutes. The Seaquarium was awesome. The bus company was excellent and took great care of us.

The tour bus to take up to the events and pick us up were absolutely horrible. They were 90 minutes late each time. They even had the nerve to tell us to call a taxi after they were an hour late at the Seaquarium. Very poor choice unprofessional and hard to get a hold of on the phone. Also, hardly anyone there spoke English either!

This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They made me waste a whole day of my valuable vacation. Even though I had a reservation booked in advance they made me call them at 630am to make sure I had a spot on the bus. I was given the wrong meeting place even though I kept calling before. My trip was scheduled for 930am, I ended up waiting at the meeting place until 1200 in hopes of another bus to come and pick me up.
By the end of the day I had placed over 20 long distance phone calls, roaming charges added to my bill. Many times my call was rejected, ignored, or plain and simple the operator was answering and hanging up on me! In one of my numerous voicemails I asked to be rescheduled for the next day and for the manager to call me back. I was never called back by the operator to reschedule my trip
