All I had to do was go outside the terminal where they said to go and found them very easily as they are highly visible. waiting only about 15/20 mins tops before I was on my way to my hotel. Excellent service and great value for money. will use viator again in any city I can get them.

The pick-up at Miami International Airport was on time. We are very pleased with the service with Viator as always. We won't hesitate to get them again in the future.

ALTHOUGHT, DUE TO STRIKE OF THE FRENCH AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL THE ARRIVAL DATE WAS NOW OCTOBER 24 INSTEAD OF 23, ONLY 1 PHONECALL WAS REQUIRED TO CHANGE THE PICK UP. WHEN ARRIVED AT MIAMI AIRPORT THE SUPPORT WAS VERY FRIWENDLY AND ACTUAL TRANSFER WAS VERY QUICK AND COPMFORTABLE. FOR US A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND USE OF VIATOR IN THE FUTURE BY US WILL BE MOST LIKELY,.

Although I was a little eager, everything run very well, as scheduled. I thank VIATOR for the experience and have already suggested it to some of my friends that are flying to Miami.
