A taxi is more convenient and cheaper if you have two people traveling. The departure transfer didn't even turn up! I had to use a taxi service.

The dispatcher sent 3 vans away without any passengers. No van then appeared to take us into Miami. Had to take a taxi costing me 32 plus tip. The lady at the airport was doing her best for those waiting for a van.

After a long flight, I did not appreciate having to wait over an hour for a pre-booked shuttle to take us to hotel. It did not help watching them constantly drive by but none picking us up. Quicker and easier to just hail a cab!
