My driver actually acted as a tour guide on my way to my hotel. It was a very pleasant experience. The wait was only minutes!

The shuttle was great, good price and driver was very friendly. We had to change our original reservation, and that was not a problem.

Cost wise, this is definitely worth doing if you are single traveller. It can, however, work out cheaper if there is a group of you to go by taxi.

Good service, definitely worth doing. Would have been useful to have been told to go to the ground floor outside the terminal past the car hire places beforehand!

Stated in advance that I'm a travel agent, the driver claimed the payment though I had a prepayment voucher,and I had difficulty in making him understand it.

The operator could have had friendlier staff and quicker transfers, but it is good value for money and works! If you are in a rush, though, forget it! A 20 minute transfer to the hotel from the airport takes easily more than a hour.

Several shuttles went by empty, had to wait 28 minutes. But once you got on it was fine.

The driver was very sarcastic, rude and not polite. He was complaining about the paper work. He asked me for a tip, which I wasn't going to give him one, but he was so rude and I was in the middle of the street! Please remind the drivers that we are customers that deserve better service.

Driver was very friendly. The wait time for our pick up to the airport was too long. I could have found other means of transportation with no reservation and arrived at my destination faster.
