We had such a great time in Miami and this tour was a Huge part of it. The best part was the tour guide John, he was the absolute BEST!!! It was three girls, and it was only our second day in Miami. We were the first ones to be picked up and we were out there early so he took us to get cafe cubano and empanadas at a nearby cafe. He was very generous and payed for us. He gave us a brief overview of the tour and how it was going to work. The bus was full and he made sure to attend to everyones needs. The majority of the people on the bus were brazilians, so he was doing an excellent job of saying things in all languages. The tour itself is very interesting and it takes you all over the city, it was great because we were staying in south beach and if we didn't do this tour we probably wouldnt of gotten to see the beautiful city of Miami. We were on a tight schedule so we were unable to grab something to eat or drink in between the bus and the boat. However the boat has a bar so we drank something there. I would advice to eat beforehand or pack a snack! Overall we loved Miami and this tour!

The tour was very good. The guide came to pick us up at the hotel on time. The tour covered all the highlights listed.
I am glad we took the Biscayne Bay Cruise. Without it we would have missed out on another view of Miami which cannot be seen by bus. I would highly recommend the combined tours.

Nice tour. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful celebrity homes. And Biscayne Bay Cruise was the best of it. Cool boat to ride in.

We had a wonderful day out both in the coach and on the water. Our coach tour guide Al was so friendly and a knowledgable and we also thought our guide on the boat trip was great. Truly a great day out and real value for money.

Excellent, called and changed my trip to Wed 25/7/12 and this was not a problem. Confirmed my hotel on the Tue and was picked up on the Wed morning. I would recommend this site and tour to anyone interested A+.

Awesome! Our Miami tour guide was very knowledgeable and I felt the tour itself was very extensive and worth its value. The Bay Cruise was also fun, our tour guide was entertaining.

The day was well paced (some waiting).
We did the Biscayne Bay cruise in the AM and our guide was very informative, knowledegable and had a sense of humor. There were drinks and snacks for purchase. The afternoon took us to many sights you only read about and viewed homes of the rich and famous from the land side that you had seen in the AM from the water. Lunch in Little Havana, drive through Cocoanut Grove, etc. ,etc. Very enjoyable.

Booked over internet in Switzerland. No problems at all, very well organized. Driver in bus (Al) super guide. Funny, helpful, interesting. Knew everything about Miami. Boat trip as well very interesting. All in all we can only recommend this tour to everybody who wants to see the best of Miami in 6 hours. Thank you!
