The Cruise was really interesting as it brought you past the homes of the stars on the various islands of Miami and the guide was informative. However, the city tour was a joke. We spent so much time waiting around for the drivers to organise who was going on the cruise and who wasn't. Also, the Cuban driver did not really have a good grasp of the English language and I think most of the passengers really didn't understand what he was saying. Furthermore, there was no tour whatsoever of South Beach and its art deco district! The tour was okay to get a general idea of the city, but overall, it was a waste of time as it could have been much better organised.

I was disappointed not to see South Beach and that we did',t get much time to look around. It was just a drive around a busy city.

We had problems with our reservations. The tour was too quick and the 'pirate' boat was ugly but the captain very nice.

The bus arrived 1 hour late!! No apologies at all. Then dropped us off at the waterfront for the cruise with a lengthy narration on the importance of being back at the pickup point at 2 pm. We all rushed our already shortened sightseeing and lunch only to wait for another hour, because he was late again. The next venue was closed for a parade, which he didn't know about, we ended up going home - not much seen at all. A totally pathetic time by everyone. No apologies, no refund. Just hours spend waiting for the bus driver to come.
