Great experience; learned a lot about Miami and saw a lot more than we ever would on our own.

I LOVED IT!! There are not enough words to describe how great it was! The tour guide was great and you could tell that he really loves Miami and wanted us to love it too. He was full of great information and showed us the best parts of South Beach, Downtown and Coral Gables. He went out of his way to show us unique sights, like the oldest hotel in South Beach. We even went to Little Havana, to Domino Park, and had some Cuban coffee! Bayside was beautiful, but I didn't have enough time there. I will have to go again myself. The cruise was good, but I did have to stand up to see some of the sights. The best part was the close up view of Fisher Island.

Would have liked to hear and learn more about the history of Miami and the Miami area. Bus tour guide did not seem interested in telling others about his city. Boat ride was great!

The boat trip to Biscayne Bay was excellent and you get a good insight to Miami.

This tour was interesting and started dragging at the end. The boat ride was probably the best part. You get to see a lot of Miami throughout this tour. Be prepared to take pictures.

Interesting but the driver seem to be more fluent in Spanish. We saw a lot of Miami and the cruise was an eyeopener.

I think it was a very nice tour and the driver seemed very nice and responsible. I would love to do it again if ever I am in town. Thank you.

We enjoyed the trip and added an extra part to the trip when we saw the first building left standing in Dade County. I am a history buff so I liked it. I would do it again and tell friends to do so if they have time and enjoy tours. The only downfall but hilarious moment was when our guide got a little confused by the road blocks and bent his back bumper trying to pas a pump at the gas station.

It was nice, a good way to see the sights. Guides were knowledgeable and the Biscayne Bay cruise was the best part.

The tour bus arrived late. The bus driver had a thick accent and was difficult to understand. I did enjoy the bus ride, but wish it had more stops. Really enjoyed the ferry ride and the sightseeing star island etc.

Three different trips on 1 bus - was totally disorganised and several people complained. City tour was cut short, but bus was too full and had to sit at table in the rear and could not see very much. Extremely uncomfortable! Guide had to say everything in English and then German, so was very rushed and could not understand everything.

The bus driver and tour guide was mumbling all the way. Also, he made really unnecessary remarks about people outside the bus. That's not professional. Not to mention that we thought before receiving a voucher we would be going around with Viator; in the end we went with another company who I had declined to book online. If I knew this in advance, I would not have booked with Viator as they take a lot of commission. Would definitely never do it again. I've been almost all over the world and have never been deceived as I was here. Be careful folks!
