Took shuttle from MIA to my hotel. Had some confusion getting on a shuttle but the airports are nuts anyways so I'm not surprised. The driver was extremely great gave a guided tour all the way through Miami Beach. Took the shuttle from hotel back to MIA the driver was extremely helpful. Would recommend if traveling alone and need to cover some distance, got me to my hotel and back to airport fast.

Kudos for the driver, she was polite, helpful and understanding. Granted I was the only passenger, but still she took the extra mile to help me out. And yes, I did tip her.

The operator could have had friendlier staff and quicker transfers, but it is good value for money and works! If you are in a rush, though, forget it! A 20 minute transfer to the airport from the hotel takes easily more than a hour.

I think that it could be improved by having people in the area so it won't take so long to get there. Also the driver was driving extremely slow so we missed our flight.

The return shuttle stated that they didn't have anyone available to come and pick us up. After much effort, finally they were able to accommodate.

The service was great but the wait for the shuttle from the airport to the port was way too long. I could have gone with another means of transportation with no reservation and got to my destination faster.

We arrived at Miami and waited nearly i hour for a coach to our motel. None seemed interested in getting us there. In New York we waited over 30 minutes for our transfer coach to JFK airport. We were not happy.

The Viator part I suppose was fine, but the super shuttle was hit or miss. From the airport to the port, we were ignored and things drug on so long we gave up. The cruise line transfer folks felt sorry for us and gave us a ride. On the return trip, the super shuttle service worked fine and the driver was great. I think a taxi from the airport to the cruise port is just as cheap and much easier and faster.
