It was a great trip! The tour description on this site is accurate and we all had a great time.
The only inaccuracy is the length of the tour if you take the Cruise. Since they drop you off at Bayside for the cruise and only pick you up long after the cruise ends, the total length of the whole trip is closer to 8-9 hours. This is fine since Bayside is nice, but Viator should advertise this.
Good value for money.
Great service from the tour bus driver/guide and Lisa, our Air-Boat Captain and guide during the air-boat ride. Biscayne Bay "cruise" was fun and enjoyable with almost non-stop commentary from jennifer, our cruise guide, covering much interest in the homes of the "rich and famous" and film/TV locations. I will definately recommend this package to all my friends and acquaintances going to Miami.

The Everglades trip was fascinating and being able to hold an alligator was a priceless memory. The bay cruise was a great way to experience Miami.

Très bonne journée. à voir, crocodiles, tortues, et maisons magnifiques, on s'en ai pris plein les yeux. On a apprécié que le bus vienne nous chercher à l’hôtel et en plus à l'heure prévu.

Simply brilliant. Everglades is a must for anyone, the boat road was excellent. Biscayne Bay Cruise was nice and relaxing with some great sights and a good place to spend a little money on gifts and having a drink on the decks!

Only small issue was that as our hotel was the last pick up they were late picking us up on both of our excursions.
