This was a resonably priced tour. I felt the tour guide could have been a little bit more informative. However, all in all a very good experience.

Was a bit concerning to be picked up from the hotel by Admiral Tours when I had been informed that it was a Gray Line Tour. The transportation to the Everglades was too erratic for my taste and I found it difficult to understand what little tour commentary there was. However,once we arrived, the airboat experience was excellent and overall it was a really good trip!

bus was new and comfortable. Would have recommended the tour provide a little more time in between the end of the gator show and boarding the bus. Buying food at the cafe was rushed. All in all was a great experience and worth it.

Very good - recommend booked a.m. as alligators tend to sleep in the afternoon when it is hot. Slight problem with pick up being half an hour late

I enjoyed my day out with this tour as transport was comfortable and on time, the driver and guide were friendly and everything was organized well. The Safari park was great a nice place to visit. Picking up passengers from hotels took quite a while but it was a good chance to see areas of Miami

It was enjoyable, but only saw one croc while out on the glades. Glad to have had the experience. Boat driver was good.

Great trip for a morning or an afternoon if you are bored with the sun and miami beach. The airboatride, despite its on a big boat (app. 30 people) is still fun, alligator show is short, but interesting and educational.

Very decent and interesting experience! After being cancelled due to bad weather, they came and told us personally with the tour bus in front of our hotel that the tour is postponed for the day after. Nice! The bus spacious, clean and tour guide knowledgeable. And everyone was happy the day after that! Thank you.

Well organized event. The visit was very informative and interesting. Service minded staff everywhere. The airboat ride was great and cooled off in the heat (July...). We saw alligators in the water and also at a little show afterwards. Mini alligator zoo with crocs from rest of the world. Though, Everglades is just one hour west from Miami but the transportation took quite some time due to pick ups - and drop offs - at many hotels. Well worth the money anyway.

Fantastic trip. Tour guide was very informative. Actual tour was very good, although why they would have black seats in that heat is beyond me, we all had to sit on clothes, bags as seats were too hot

Well balanced activity as the transport to and from are under an hour; the airboat ride was loud but smooth; the gator presentation and hands-on experience very educational; and the "zoo" part had enough variation to hold my interest. Backed up with a retail and cafe outlet.
